Yeah I’ve gained some of the weight I lost, but not most of it. But I just did a little test.
See I work on the 5th floor of our building. I walked down those stairs to get a Snickers bar. Then I decided to walk back up and check the change in my pulse. I’ve come up those stairs and noticed a shortness of breath, so I wanted quantify the change.
My heart rate the bottom was 90. At the top it was 160. I wasn’t running the stairs, just walking and breathing normally.
I should be in better shape.
