Writing this while working out for the first time in months. I’m not really pumped about being here, but I’ve been putting on weight and my eating was totally out of control. So I have to change my habits.
I’m lifting heavy with few reps (3 sets of 10). Eating will be harder than working out I think. I’ve become planning averse, but I have to do it. I have no choice.
