I haven’t run in a couple of months, but finally got my butt out of bed this morning for a little “test run”. Wanted to see how bad it would be. But you know what? I ran for 25 minutes without stopping. I felt it a little in my legs and back, but not in my lungs.
Some of my final motivation was I wrote an article for Survival Blog on fitness and felt I should try to live up to the standards I set. And we are going on a cruise over Christmas and there are outdoor excursions I felt needed some fitness to them. So I finally got running again.
I’m not feeling so good today. Yesterday I woke up with a sore throat that gradually went away. This morning its more of a scratchy throat, but I’m really hungry. And for something substantial and not just sugar or carbs, which I’ve been having way too much of.
