This guy lost weight eating a McD’s for 90 days. His story is interesting to me because in 1999 his weight was about what mine is.
He has a link to a Basal Metabolism calculator. It will calculate how many calories you can eat and the minimum you can eat to lose weight. Reminds me of some of Dr. Hussman’s stuff.
He did exercise, which is really key. I need to do some exercising. Weight is up to 195 this morning. I think the culprit is Chili’s food. I ate there two days in a row, and while I ate approved food (grilled chicken & shrimp) I still spiked my weight. Had wings today and I think that will flush some of the salt water out of my system.
