I’m a Nikon user, pining for a digital camera, but wanting a SLR. While I love the cool WiFi feature of the new Nikon D2H, I can’t justify the money. Especially for a 4MP camera. So I’ve consigned myself to waiting a year or so.

Now Cannon has gone and won the prize and released a sub $1000 Digital SLR. 6MP, uses standard Cannon lenses. DPReview is listing the list price as $899 for the body.
