Was feeling really good yesterday afternoon. Went home ate dinner and had so much energy I couldn’t sit still. So I went on a bike ride. I took what I call my long track, about 10 miles. It was weird, I never felt like I lacked energy to pedal, but I felt my eye muscles were asleep, that’s the best way to describe it. When I got home I was tired, but couldn’t sleep. Finally got up and worked a little.
Today I’m tired again. Of course I didn’t eat breakfast which didn’t help. I feel a little better after lunch.
Today was also my first day I my weight went up, and I thought I’d lose big today. Not making a big deal out of it, I could lose enough to make up for it. My waist is down 1.75 inches, so thing are moving in the right direction.
