Diet Update


This morning I weighted 203.8, which means I’ve lost 8.2 lbs in a little over a week. I was consistently going down each day until Sunday, when my wife had to make cookies for the church group meeting at our house. See got sugar free cookies, but even then that’s enough carbs to make you retain water, so I flattened out Sunday and up a little Monday. But I got down today under even Saturday’s weight.

It’s interesting that I lost 5 lbs in the first 2 days and 3.2 since then. Losing 2 to 3 lbs a week is about what you should expect from a diet and it looks like I’m on course to do that. Which means I have about 8 weeks a head of me to reach my goal of mid 80s.
