Haven’t post this yet, though I’m on day 3. After my analysis of my weight last week I decided it was time to go on a diet. One of the guys at work wanted to do a be on who could lose the most in a month. So we agreed to start on Monday. He wasn’t at work that day but I restarted Quick Weight loss. He’s going to do some Amway program.
For the first three days of Quick Weight Loss you can eat all you want of one kind of meat and green vegetables. I picked beef because you can eat less of it after the first three day and I figure I’ll be eating a lot of chicken later. I have to say it is very boring. But it works. On Monday I weighted 212 and this morning I weight 207 that’s 5 lbs in two days.
