Day 12 I weight 194.0 lbs. That’s a loss of 10.8 lbs.
I had an unusual loss in the last couple of days. Almost 2 lbs since Sunday. A full pound yesterday.
And I cheated big time yesterday. I had wings for lunch. I told you I was addicted. I had 10 hot wings and blue cheese dressing. That should be a lot of fat. But last night I had lost weight from the morning, which never happens.
My wife suggested it was water, but I should have lost all my water long ago. I may have retained some recently and relost it via the vinegar in the wing sauce, but I’ve consistently gone down day to day.
Needless to say it is working and I’m going to keep with it. When you are losing weight you get inspired to lose more. When I started I thought I’d lose around 15 to get me back at the 190 range. Now I’m thinking 179 would be cool. Then I’d lift and harden up and you might be able to see my abs. That would be cool.
