BFL update

Last week was my first week back on BFL. It was much harder this time. I only lifted on time, but cardioed 4. I at clean, but craved sugar big time. I wanted Saturday free day like I’ve never wanted one before.

I think I’m going to focus on doing cardio everyday and not lifting. That will at least keep me working. We’ll see if it gets the results I want.
