Or at least it seems that way. I’m eating 2911 calories a day and it is a struggle. Plus having to figure everything before you actually do it is a pain. I started out taking an hour to get everything entered. I’m getting better, but not there yet.
Thing are also getting harder to hit the As. I’m staring to think about using previous days again. If I could find 4 days that work I’d be good to go. Until my calories change that is.
The misses is also getting frustrated with the program and this is only week one. She’s got 7 weeks of conditioning. 3 days and she’s telling me she’s gaining fat.
If this gets to stressing we’ll quit. I’m not sure if that will be a good thing or a bad.
