Got up this morning and did lower body today. That is the first time in 2 weeks I’ve done any resistance training. Just doing it was the accomplishment. I’m feeling much better about working out in general.
I’m though doing the diet analysis at Physique Transformations.com. We’ll see how it looks when I get the complete analysis. It looks like you eat a hugh amount of food for a few weeks, which doesn’t sound like a bad idea right now.
Ronald Servant, thanks for commenting. As far as the answer to your questions. I don’t really feel like I have more energy and I don’t look as good as I did toward the end of my last challenge. My lifting has been going ok. I just changed up all my exercises today, so we’ll see how that goes.
