Got up this morning and rode my bike. I noticed last night that one of my goals is to be able to ride 20 miles and my ride’s haven’t been long enough to be working toward that goal, so I’m trying to go longer. It was a beautiful morning for a ride.
The time keeper didn’t even set the clock this time. But she woke up at 7 which was early enough.
I drank a root beer as my carb for meal 2 with some steak. I can feel the insulin crash from it. I have to remember I don’t like cokes. Except on Saturday.
That’s one of my strategies for eating clean. I just don’t like dirty food. Don’t like chocolate, or coke, or ice cream or pizza, or buffalo wings. I do like those things on Saturday though.
