It actually wasn’t my XBox, but my LG BD 370 Network Blu-ray Disc Player. A message popped up on screen when I tried to watch something instantly that it couldn’t authorize that device and to call LG support. Which I did, but couldn’t get through. Then a few minutes later it just started working again.

But Netflix didn’t even wait for me to call and ask what was up. They proactively sent this email and gave me a credit. I would have been happy with just a reason, but I’m impressed with this.
