I’ve been really tired the last couple of days, so I decided last night I was going to put in some extra sack time to catch up on my sleep debt. So I went to bed at 7 PM. And when the alarm went off at 7 AM, I still didn’t want to get out of bed.
I did take melatonin so that I would make sure I went to sleep, and when ever I take it is hard to wake up. But I do feel more alert now and didn’t even feel the need to start the day with a Red Bull.
