I’ve gained 3 pounds since the tri. I’ve eaten a little heavy, but that seems excessive. I’m going to try and get back on a diet, probably BFL.
Trying to decided what to do next fitness-wise. Having an even to train for seems to keep me motivated. I don’t really want to do another triathlon right now, I’m thinking a marathon.
One option is Kingwood Fit, which is a group training thing. I’m not really that social an exerciser, but they do have a program. I looked at some books last night and might just do it on my own.
