So I’ve finished induction. Things leveled out for me this week in the middle and then started moving south again this weekend. I finished induction with a 7.2 lb loss. Which puts me in the slow category if I want to lose more than 20 lbs, which I think I do, but if I just want to get down to the mid 180s again I’m doing average.
Looks like the Mrs. is going to quit, didn’t lose much and felt like crap the whole two weeks. I’m going to keep with it and see if I keep losing. Even at 3.5 lbs a weeks its better than I ever did on BFL. Here’s my progress to date. I added the Belly Sucked measurement in the middle of this week, so the first week number is bogus to get Excel to calculate the change.
The graph is my daily progress over the two weeks. You aren’t suppose to gauge it daily, but I couldn’t resist. I’ll probably keep it up just to see what happens, but I’ll base quitting or continuing on weekly change.
From the Atkins article on whether you should move on to the next phase or stay in Induction:
I’m going to have to think about that, while I go to lunch and eat induction food.
